Location: Munich | Remote \/ across Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n

For a fast-growing strategy consultancy<\/strong>, we are looking for an experienced Partner | Head of Data & AI (f\/m\/d)<\/strong>. In this role, you will take entrepreneurial responsibility for building and developing the entire Data & AI Practice.<\/p>\n

The main focus is on Sales and Business Development<\/strong>. In addition, you will win major Data & AI engagements, develop C-level relationships and further expand both the team and the business.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we are not looking for someone to simply manage an existing structure. Instead, this role is designed for an entrepreneurial personality who wants to build, grow and take real responsibility.<\/p>\n

Your role as Partner | Head of Data & AI<\/h2>\n

As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and leading the entire Data & AI Practice<\/strong>. At the same time, you will drive its strategic and commercial development.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, you will actively grow the business. In doing so, you will combine strong client relationships with consistent business development.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

  • Winning major Data & AI consulting engagements<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Expanding existing and developing new C-level client relationships<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Strategically building and scaling the Data & AI Practice<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Developing the team, portfolio and business<\/li>\n
  • Strengthening the consultancy\u2019s positioning in the Data & AI market<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Taking entrepreneurial responsibility for growth and business development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile<\/h2>\n

    A strong track record in consulting provides the foundation for this role. In addition, you bring a solid network and extensive experience in developing new business.<\/p>\n

    We are particularly looking for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • A strong track record in Sales and Business Development<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • A well-established C-level network<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven success in winning Data & AI engagements worth \u20ac3 million or more<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in building a Data & AI Practice<\/strong> or a comparable business unit<\/li>\n
    • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building rather than administering<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing high-performing teams<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in German and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
