We are seeking an experienced Partner | Head of Data & AI with a focus on insurance (f\/m\/d)<\/strong> for a rapidly growing strategy consulting firm<\/strong>. In this role, you will be responsible for the entrepreneurial establishment and further development of the entire Data & AI practice.<\/p>\n

The focus is on sales and business development<\/strong>. You\u2019ll also secure major Data & AI engagements, build relationships at the C-level, and continue to expand the team and the business.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we\u2019re not looking for a traditional administrative professional. Rather, we\u2019re seeking someone who wants to shape the future, grow, and take on entrepreneurial responsibility.<\/p>\n

Your Role as a Partner | Head of Data & AI with a Focus on Insurance<\/h2>\n

As a partner, you will be responsible for building and leading the entire Data & AI practice<\/strong>. At the same time, you will steer its strategic and commercial development.<\/p>\n

In addition, you\u2019ll work to drive the business forward in a targeted manner. In doing so, you\u2019ll combine strong customer relationships with consistent business development.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Securing Major Data & AI Consulting Engagements<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Expanding existing and developing new C-level client relationships<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Strategic development and scaling of the Data & AI practice<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Developing the team, portfolio, and business<\/li>\n
  • Positioning the consulting practice in the data and AI<\/strong> market<\/li>\n
  • Taking entrepreneurial responsibility for growth and business development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your Profile<\/h2>\n

    A strong track record in the consulting field is essential for this role. You also have a robust network and extensive experience in business development.<\/p>\n

    The following are particularly important:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Very strong track record in sales and business development with a focus on insurance<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Robust C-level network<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven track record of securing data and AI contracts starting at 3 million euros<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in building a data and AI practice<\/strong> or a comparable unit<\/li>\n
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building rather than managing<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in German and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
