The Men&#8217;s Podcast\u201d, I talk about a question that has changed my whole life: Am I living my truth?<br\/><br\/>I used to think: top job, good salary, apartment in Munich &#8211; everything fits.<br\/>The truth? It was a gilded cage. I was successful, but empty inside. I was working &#8211; but not feeling it.   <br\/><br\/>Today I know that my truth begins where I stop making compromises that make me small. Where I feel what is really right &#8211; for me. Not for my boss.<br\/>Not for those around me. For me. I share with you how I learned to find my truth &#8211; professionally, privately, emotionally.<br\/>What it means to be honest. Radically honest. And how much power comes from it when you start not just living &#8211; but creating.      <br\/><br\/>The realization: Your truth does not come from your head. It comes from your heart.
