On autopilot.<br\/>I was a functioning man &#8211; but no longer a living person.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Men don&#8217;t break down. They continue to function quietly. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We swallow the anger. The fear.
