It is a decision. Every. Damn. Day.    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWow, you have so much confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ever heard of it? Maybe been told? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The truth is: what you see is often just a facade.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I gave a speech at my mother&#8217;s funeral. People said afterwards: \u201cFrank, you&#8217;re so confident.\u201d<br\/>I was shaking inside. Emotionally. Nervous. Unclear.    <br\/><strong>Self-confidence? Not a chance. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet I got up. I spoke. Did it <em>anyway<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You don&#8217;t see self-confidence. You choose it. <\/strong>  Again and again.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It comes from DOING. Not through theory. Not through 10-point plans.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every self-won experience &#8211; no matter how small &#8211; strengthens you.<br\/>Not because you are perfect. But because you allow yourself to be imperfect AND go anyway. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stop waiting until you are \u201cready\u201d.<br\/>Stop belittling yourself so as not to offend.<br\/>Stop letting others judge you as if you were a product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start trusting yourself.<br\/>Show yourself. With everything. Even with your insecurities.<br\/>Take the next step. Not at some point.
