The one with yourself."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 07.08. we celebrate 1 year of <em>&#8220;Can you feel yourself?&#8221;<\/em> &#8211; a men&#8217;s podcast that doesn&#8217;t talk to sound good, but to make a difference. <\/p>\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s exactly why today, in our anniversary episode, we&#8217;re going where it really hurts:<br\/>There, where many men <em>no longer feel anything<\/em> because they have never really met themselves.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Allow closeness.<\/strong><br\/>Not to your partner. Not to your children. First to yourself.  <\/p>\n\n<p>How does it feel when you sit in silence in the morning &#8211; and your own inner self suddenly becomes loud?<\/p>\n\n<p>What happens when you stop defining yourself by status, numbers, to-dos &#8211; and ask yourself honestly: <em>Who am I really if I don&#8217;t represent anything?<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>In this episode, I tell you why I used to confuse closeness with control. Why I lost myself in porn, work and functioning. And why closeness means so much to me today,  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to show myself vulnerable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to endure my shadow light<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to be closer to myself than to my role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>We men have to stop being silent &#8211; about what is really raging inside us.<br\/>Because behind the silence lies shame. And behind the shame? Your freedom.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>An episode that shakes you up. And perhaps changes you. <\/strong><br\/>If you are prepared to look.
