This is exactly what so many people run away from. They hide behind work, sport, family: &#8220;No time.&#8221; &#8220;Not in the mood.&#8221; &#8220;Not the right moment right now.&#8221; It&#8217;s all just a disguise for what&#8217;s really behind it: fear, shame, the feeling of not being enough.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As long as you can&#8217;t speak openly about your wishes, desires and boundaries, your demons will control you. And yes &#8211; opening this door will challenge you, you will hear things that hurt. But behind it lies your freedom.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t wait for pain or deception to force you.
