And why do you think that&#8217;s what professionalism is? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frank Rechsteiner ruthlessly dismantles the common leadership spectacle:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Masks do not create an effect &#8211; they create distance.<\/strong><br\/> Anyone who believes they have to &#8220;function&#8221; in business loses presence and trust before the conversation even begins.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Real clarity separates immediately &#8211; and that&#8217;s a good thing.<\/strong><br\/> Whether in leadership, recruiting or coaching: if you only provide answers that please, you invite mediocrity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Authenticity is not a cuddly word, but a power factor.<\/strong><br\/> You cannot lead with integrity if you hide yourself.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This talk is not designed to validate you. It forces you to mirror yourself.
