More work. Even more responsibility. Hang in there!   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet, or probably precisely because of this, there was this quiet and tenacious emptiness. Difficult to grasp. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nobody saw it.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outwardly: functioning, successful, resilient.<br\/>Inwardly: tired, cut off, driven.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our new podcast, we talk about something that men talk about far too rarely:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the <strong>father wound<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and why so many of us try to <strong>replace feelings with performance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why we work until we no longer need to feel.
