They give their all, invest discipline, energy and heart and soul, and when something fails, the movie of complete failure immediately plays in their heads. <br\/><br\/>In the new episode of <em>Men in Crisis<\/em>, we talk about why men have never learned to deal with setbacks, why they tend to make crises bigger than they often are, and why failure is often not objectively bad, but internally destructive.<br\/><br\/>It&#8217;s about those seconds after the setback: the thoughts, the images of disaster, the self-condemnation.
