On the outside, this seems reflective, but on the inside, a lot of things stand still. <br\/><br\/>In the new episode of <em>Men in Crisis<\/em>, I talk about why words are often used to avoid action. Why men tell themselves stories to avoid having to face unpleasant truths. And why responsibility begins where excuses end.  <br\/><br\/>It&#8217;s about being radically honest with yourself: recognizing where you are sugarcoating things, where you are making compromises that are actually self-deception, and why exactly this creates pressure, frustration and inner emptiness in the long term. Not because something &#8220;went wrong&#8221;, but because you know that you weren&#8217;t consistent. <br\/><br\/>Those who begin to measure themselves by deeds instead of intentions experience something decisive: Clarity. Peace of mind. Self-respect.
