In the latest episode of <em>Men in Crisis<\/em>, I talk about why change doesn&#8217;t happen by email and why real leadership in times of crisis starts with the CEO himself. <br\/><br\/>It&#8217;s about men who are technically strong but can&#8217;t hold a room. Who immediately provide solutions instead of listening. Who react because they are internally triggered and don&#8217;t realize it.  <br\/><br\/>But &#8220;holding the space&#8221; means staying present when there is uncertainty in the room. No quick assessments, no actionism, but stability and clarity. <br\/><br\/>But that is precisely what is difficult if you are not clear inside. If you can&#8217;t stand your own emptiness and loneliness, you won&#8217;t create an environment in which others can open up.
