Yet this model comes from a time when life was structured completely differently. Today, both partners often work full-time, families organize themselves between meetings and daycare pick-up, and at the same time, stress, exhaustion and the feeling of only being able to function increase.  <br\/><br\/>I talk about why time does not automatically mean performance and why people work completely differently. Some have their best energy in the morning, others at night. Some complete a task in two hours, others need eight. Nevertheless, we often act as if everyone is equally productive as long as they sit somewhere long enough.   <br\/><br\/>It&#8217;s not about working less. It&#8217;s about working differently. More trust. More personal responsibility.
