But what happens when money becomes the only reason to get out of bed in the morning? <br\/><br\/>Many people change jobs for a higher salary, only to realize after a short time that nothing has really changed. The dissatisfaction remains. That\u2019s because more money rarely solves the real problem. It might make the job a little more pleasant, but it doesn\u2019t automatically make it more fulfilling.   <br\/><br\/>We&#8217;ll talk about why money is only a short-term motivator, why poor leadership demotivates people, and why the crucial question isn&#8217;t how much you earn, but what you invest your time in.<br\/><br\/>Work time is also part of life.
