After all, true leadership doesn\u2019t mean always being right. It means having the courage to make decisions, admit mistakes, and constantly readjust one\u2019s course.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also touches on a topic that precedes all leadership: self-worth. Anyone who bases their self-worth on recognition, status, or applause will find it difficult to make decisions freely. Only when you trust yourself can you lead others authentically.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leadership doesn&#8217;t start with a title or on a business card.
