What will be left for us humans if AI can do everything?

What will be left for us humans as AI becomes capable of doing more and more? The relationship between humans and AI in the workplace is raising many questions right now: Will my job still exist? What tasks will remain? And what will happen when machines eventually become better at things than we are?

In the new episode of New Rules of the Game—Leadership, Work, AI: What Really Matters Now, the focus is therefore not on making the next AI prediction. Rather, it’s about what will remain for us in a world of work where knowledge, routine, and many decisions are increasingly supported by—or even taken over by—AI.

This brings us to two things that should remain human: responsibility and genuine relationships. And to what is perhaps the more crucial question: How can we use AI in a way that makes us more valuable, not less?

After all, perhaps the AI revolution isn’t really about whether it will replace us. Rather, it’s about what we do with the time we gain and how our work can become more human as a result.

New Episode 092 of New Rules of the Game: on uncertainty, responsibility, relationships, and the question of what truly makes us humans irreplaceable in a world with AI.
