As long as you lie to yourself, NOTHING will change!

“I work. I give my all. I am strong.”
And yet:

In the evening, you reach for your cell phone.
Scroll aimlessly.
Escape – into distraction, work, alcohol, porn, shopping, sports.
Why?
Because there’s a feeling you never want to feel again. Because you’re lying to yourself.

Hard truth:
If you don’t feel your unpleasant feelings,
they will control you – every day.
You think you’re not hurting anyone.
But every time you escape, you lose yourself.

What if you stopped fleeing?
Imagine:
You feel a trigger.
Instead of reacting immediately, you breathe. 90 seconds.
You consciously decide what happens next.
That is true strength.
That is new masculinity.

New masculinity?

Conscious instead of impulsive.
Reflective instead of reactive.
Strong in presence – not in flight.

We need men (and women!),
who are prepared to stop looking the other way.
Not at themselves. Not in relationships. Not at work.

Your first step:
Ask yourself these questions:

Where do I lose energy – day after day?
Where do I live in distraction instead of connection?
Where do I lie to myself – and call it “everyday life”?

If you feel that you are only functioning in one area of your life,
then it’s time to wake up.

Let’s be honest:

As long as you find excuses,
as long as you project,
as long as it’s ‘the others’ fault,
you are powerless.
But if you take responsibility,
you are one of the few,
who really make a difference – to yourself and in this world.

No coaching-speak. No bullshit motivation.
Just one simple sentence that changes everything:

“As long as you lie to yourself, nothing will change.”

Be honest. To yourself. For you. Because you are more than crumbs.
You deserve the whole cake.
