Self-confidence is not a state. It is a decision. Every. Damn. Day.
“Wow, you have so much confidence.”
Ever heard of it? Maybe been told?
The truth is: what you see is often just a facade.
I gave a speech at my mother’s funeral. People said afterwards: “Frank, you’re so confident.”
I was shaking inside. Emotionally. Nervous. Unclear.
Self-confidence? Not a chance.
And yet I got up. I spoke. Did it anyway.
You don’t see self-confidence. You choose it. Again and again.
It comes from DOING. Not through theory. Not through 10-point plans.
Every self-won experience – no matter how small – strengthens you.
Not because you are perfect. But because you allow yourself to be imperfect AND go anyway.
Stop waiting until you are “ready”.
Stop belittling yourself so as not to offend.
Stop letting others judge you as if you were a product.
Start trusting yourself.
Show yourself. With everything. Even with your insecurities.
Take the next step. Not at some point. Now.
If you never dare to say:
“I am good.”
then you will never find someone who is looking for you.
The whole story, with real emotions and deep impulses?
