We are seeking a Director SAP SuccessFactors for a consulting firm specializing in SAP HXM with approximately 200 employees. You’ll take over an existing team and drive the strategic development of the division.

Your Role: Lead, Develop, Grow
As Director SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll lead a specialized HXM team and shape its future development. You’ll combine your experience in complex SAP SuccessFactors projects with leadership, program management and strategic client development.
You’ll also contribute your expertise during the pre-sales phase. At the same time, you won’t be expected to develop the business on your own. You’ll receive targeted support for sales and client acquisition, including close collaboration with SAP.

- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HXM
- Strong experience in Senior Program Management
- Leadership experience or the ambition to take the next step into leadership
- Experience in strategic client development and pre-sales
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building and developing structures
- Strong communication skills and confidence when working with clients and senior decision-makers
