For a fast-growing strategy consultancy, we are looking for an experienced Partner | Head of Data & AI (f/m/d). In this role, you will take entrepreneurial responsibility for building and developing the entire Data & AI Practice.
The main focus is on Sales and Business Development. In addition, you will win major Data & AI engagements, develop C-level relationships and further expand both the team and the business.
Therefore, we are not looking for someone to simply manage an existing structure. Instead, this role is designed for an entrepreneurial personality who wants to build, grow and take real responsibility.

Your role as Partner | Head of Data & AI
As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and leading the entire Data & AI Practice. At the same time, you will drive its strategic and commercial development.
Furthermore, you will actively grow the business. In doing so, you will combine strong client relationships with consistent business development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Winning major Data & AI consulting engagements
- Expanding existing and developing new C-level client relationships
- Strategically building and scaling the Data & AI Practice
- Developing the team, portfolio and business
- Strengthening the consultancy’s positioning in the Data & AI market
- Taking entrepreneurial responsibility for growth and business development
Your profile
A strong track record in consulting provides the foundation for this role. In addition, you bring a solid network and extensive experience in developing new business.
We are particularly looking for:
- A strong track record in Sales and Business Development
- A well-established C-level network
- Proven success in winning Data & AI engagements worth €3 million or more
- Experience in building a Data & AI Practice or a comparable business unit
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building rather than administering
- Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing high-performing teams
- Fluency in German and English
