We are seeking an experienced SAP Competence Center Lead Finance (f/m/d) for a successful SAP partner —someone who combines in-depth SAP expertise in SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance with leadership, business development, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
This position is not just about managing an existing SAP department.
You will assume technical, personnel, and financial responsibility for the SAP Competence Center Finance and play an active role in shaping its future development.
Your Role as SAP Competence Center Lead, Finance
As the SAP Competence Center Lead for Finance, you will be responsible for the entire SAP Competence Center Finance and will work with your team to strategically develop the division.
In this role, you’ll combine your experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI/CO with leadership, SAP consulting, and business development.
You will further develop existing client relationships and SAP initiatives, position new solutions in the SAP Finance area, and ensure that your SAP expertise translates into sustainable SAP business.
Your Responsibilities at the SAP Competence Center Finance
- Responsibility for the SAP Finance Competence Center
- Leadership and Development of the SAP Finance Team
- Strategic Expansion of the SAP Finance Portfolio
- Responsibility for clients, SAP projects, and business development
- Active role in presales and business development
- Close collaboration with customers, decision-makers, and executives
- Further Development of Topics Related to SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Ample creative freedom and entrepreneurial responsibility
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the SAP Finance environment
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Experience leading teams or larger functional units
- Strong understanding of SAP consulting and SAP project management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong business development mindset
- Confident demeanor when interacting with decision-makers and C-level executives
