We are seeking an experienced Partner | Head of Data & AI with a focus on insurance (f/m/d) for a rapidly growing strategy consulting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for the entrepreneurial establishment and further development of the entire Data & AI practice.
The focus is on sales and business development. You’ll also secure major Data & AI engagements, build relationships at the C-level, and continue to expand the team and the business.
That’s why we’re not looking for a traditional administrative professional. Rather, we’re seeking someone who wants to shape the future, grow, and take on entrepreneurial responsibility.
Your Role as a Partner | Head of Data & AI with a Focus on Insurance
As a partner, you will be responsible for building and leading the entire Data & AI practice. At the same time, you will steer its strategic and commercial development.
In addition, you’ll work to drive the business forward in a targeted manner. In doing so, you’ll combine strong customer relationships with consistent business development.
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
- Securing Major Data & AI Consulting Engagements
- Expanding existing and developing new C-level client relationships
- Strategic development and scaling of the Data & AI practice
- Developing the team, portfolio, and business
- Positioning the consulting practice in the data and AI market
- Taking entrepreneurial responsibility for growth and business development
Your Profile
A strong track record in the consulting field is essential for this role. You also have a robust network and extensive experience in business development.
The following are particularly important:
- Very strong track record in sales and business development with a focus on insurance
- Robust C-level network
- Proven track record of securing data and AI contracts starting at 3 million euros
- Experience in building a data and AI practice or a comparable unit
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building rather than managing
- Leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Fluent in German and English
