We are looking for a (Senior) Principal Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Technical Transformation (f/m/d) for an agile SAP consulting firm with around 250 employees – someone ready to shape complex technical transformations and take real responsibility.
This role is not about delivering concepts and leaving implementation to others. Instead, you will work on complex SAP S/4HANA transformations, contribute your technical expertise and design solutions that create real value for clients.

Your Role: Expertise Meets Entrepreneurial Freedom
As a (Senior) Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in challenging transformation projects. At the same time, you will combine in-depth SAP expertise with a clear understanding of technical concepts.
In addition, you will support clients in making important decisions across their S/4HANA landscape. Therefore, your role goes far beyond pure delivery: you will help shape both solutions and direction.
Experienced SAP consultants need room to act. That is why you can expect quick decision-making, minimal internal politics and plenty of freedom to take an entrepreneurial approach.
