We are seeking an ambitious professional for an established SAP consulting firm to build and further develop the SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) business unit.
You don’t have to be a partner just yet. What matters most are your professional expertise, your entrepreneurial mindset, and your willingness to take on responsibility.
Create Your Own Business Unit
You won’t be taking on a traditional consulting role with a set list of responsibilities. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to actively build an SAP Digital Manufacturing Practice and play a key role in shaping its development.
In this role, you’ll combine your experience from SAP DM and MES projects with business decision-making. You’ll develop new business opportunities, acquire customers, and build a high-performing team.
Existing corporate structures provide you with a solid foundation for this. At the same time, you’ll have the freedom to implement your own ideas and, as the business unit succeeds, grow into broader responsibilities.
Your tasks:
- Establishment and Further Development of an SAP Digital Manufacturing Practice
- Acquiring new customers and developing long-term business relationships
- Consulting Services for Industrial Companies on SAP DM, MES, and S/4HANA
- Building and Leading a High-Performing Consulting Team
- Gradual Assumption of Responsibility for Revenue and Earnings
Your Profile:
Three skills are crucial:
- SAP Manufacturing: Extensive experience with SAP DM, MES, and related SAP processes.
- Business Development: Enjoy acquiring new customers, ideally with your own network in the industrial sector.
- Leadership: Initial leadership experience or clear potential to build a business unit from the ground up.
