In the new episode of Men in Crisis, we talk about a phrase that many of us say easily, but few of us truly live by: “I’ll take responsibility.”
But what does that actually mean?
In light of the German national team’s elimination from the World Cup, we’ll discuss why true responsibility has nothing to do with rallying cries or assigning blame. Rather, it’s about acknowledging reality—even when it’s uncomfortable.
Because that’s exactly what many of us find difficult. Instead of taking an honest look, we look for explanations. The boss. Politics. Our partner. Circumstances. That’s how we gradually hand over our power to others and wonder why nothing changes.
We’ll talk about why change always begins when we stop holding others responsible for our lives. Why clarity is more important than being right. And why we only become truly free when we refocus our attention on our own side of the field.
As long as someone else is always responsible, nothing in your life will change.
New episode of Men in Crisis: about why taking responsibility is the first step toward real change—and why it always starts with you.
