Why you never work enough – and are still empty (father wound explained)

I have long believed that more power is the answer. More work. Even more responsibility. Hang in there!

And yet, or probably precisely because of this, there was this quiet and tenacious emptiness. Difficult to grasp.

Nobody saw it.

Outwardly: functioning, successful, resilient.
Inwardly: tired, cut off, driven.

In our new podcast, we talk about something that men talk about far too rarely:

  • the father wound
  • and why so many of us try to replace feelings with performance

Why we work until we no longer need to feel. Why recognition is simply never enough and why success sometimes just feels hollow.

This is neither man-bashing nor blaming fathers, but an honest look at what unconsciously controls us.

If you define yourself strongly in terms of performance, if standing still feels threatening, if you are always “working” but hardly feel it, then this episode is for you.

Perhaps it’s time to stop doing more – and take a more honest look.
