In the latest episode of Men in Crisis, we talk about a thought that many of us sell as security: “I just need a plan B.” Sounds grown-up, rational and responsible. But what if this very thought is the reason why your plan A never really works?
It’s about focus. About consistency. And about the question of whether we really believe in our idea, our business or our life plan or whether we have long kept a back door open inside.
Because as soon as things get difficult, you often realize how quickly your head starts to wander. “Then I’ll just do something safe again.” “Then I’ll just start later.” “Then I’ll try something else.” And that’s where self-sabotage begins.
At the same time, we talk about why many people have no real plan for their lives at all. They only respond to invitations, expectations and distractions from outside. One year passes, then the next – and at some point you wonder where the time has actually gone.
Perhaps this is precisely the crucial point: if you don’t have a clear plan for your own life, at some point you will only be working on the plans of others.
New episode of Men in Crisis: About why focus has become a superpower today, why Plan B is often just fear in disguise and why real change only begins when you really commit yourself.
