On the outside, things are going well: good job, good money, responsibility. And yet many men feel empty inside. The new episode of “Men in crisis” looks at why so many are stuck and don’t even realize it.
You have often read books, undergone therapy and reflected. The knowledge is there. But the behavior doesn’t change. The mind understands everything, but life remains narrow. As long as everything remains in the mind, the nervous system also remains in the old mode: function, adapt, persevere.
Being stuck often means: I fit in at any table but my own. I endure relationships or jobs because I’m afraid of being alone. And I declare my condition to be normal.
However, change does not begin with even more knowledge, but with radical honesty. With the question: What can I endure just to avoid having to feel?
New episode “Men in Crisis”: Why knowledge doesn’t set you free, why your nervous system knows the truth and why real clarity only comes when you stop running away.
