The Future CEO Lab is your exclusive 6-week online program for leadership in the AI era. Fully digital, intensive, and transformative. Over the course of six weeks, we’ll work on developing your CEO mindset for the new reality of work: We’ll challenge old leadership patterns, shake up assumptions, and build—step by step—the mindset, clarity, and effectiveness that future CEOs need now for the AI era.
The focus is on two weekly 90-minute sessions.
Each session is one-on-one: just you and me, with our full focus on your role, your personal challenges, and your next steps. The second session takes place in a small, exclusive group where you’ll learn, reflect, and grow alongside other aspiring future CEOs. This creates a powerful combination of personal coaching and collective development.
In addition, you’ll receive clear guidance for your upcoming week: short, snappy video clips, thought-provoking insights, and WhatsApp reminders that will consistently snap you out of autopilot. Each week takes you one step further into the new reality of work. Not as a passive course, but as a consistent push toward your new leadership self.
